Good hotel though with some flaws
nice touch great restaurant stiff bed poor sound proofing
The hotel location impressed me. It was right opposite the beach! The afternoon tea was a nice touch as it allowed us to relax. I refreshed myself before heading back out. A really great restaurant stood right next door too.
The sound proofing was poorly done in my room. The hotel beds were highly uncomfortable and way too stiff and hard. I had hoped for better sound insulation! I expected better comfort.

My room on the 26th floor featured great ocean views and a comfy bed with wonderful pillows. the infinity edge pool had the best views of the beach and the city from the 27th floor. the breakfast was amazing, with a variety of options available on both the 3rd and 27th floors. afternoon tea was also included daily. It had tea, coffee, juice, cakes, sandwiches, hot food, snacks, and fresh fruit.

The staff was amazing and very caring, especially ms ngoc, ms hana, ms vân, ms tam, ms an, and ms hana. one proactive phone call from ms an in the middle of the night informed me that my flight was in the morning, not the afternoon. This level of care was appreciated.

the hotel is located within an easy drive to most locations, including lady buddha and the main eatery places. grab made these locations easily accessible! i was able to quickly visit the spots i wanted.

amazing buffet rooftop restaurant helpful staff
the breakfast buffet on the rooftop restaurant was amazing. afternoon tea was also served there (i especially enjoyed the selection of teas). our driver harrow and the front desk staff were helpful.

Acceptable but Problematic Stay
poor hygiene dirt spots
The staff were professional and warm, ready to help with any requests.
The food hygiene was a concern (I think something was off with the 'detox water'). My wife and I felt weak and had to cut our trip short. I noticed dirt spots in the room too.
